INGREDIENTS
1 lb fresh ground turkey 1 lb ham, ground (or turkey ham) 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 1?8 teaspoon pepper 3?4 cup milk SAUCE 2?3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1?2 cup water 1?4 cup vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Grind meat (if necessary). Mix ground meats, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper and milk together. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. For the sauce, mix the brown sugar, dry mustard, water and vinegar together. Pour sauce over loaf. Continue to bake for another hour.
